Operation Sickle Cell, Inc. (OSC, Inc.) was founded in 1971, as a voluntary, non-profit community-based organization with the goal of addressing needed services for individuals with hemoglobin diseases and other health disparities.

Community Education Testing Center

The Community Testing and Education Center is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
