Enrollment in Qualified Health Care

We provide assistance with enrolling in a qualified healthcare plan through the Marketplace (ACA) website during the open enrollment period. (For individuals and families)

  • We can determine if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) and assist with the application. Please speak to a specialist for more details.
  • We can help determine if you qualify for a tax exemption to avoid the increased tax penalty for not having insurance.

Assistance with Access Enrollment

We help individuals apply for Medicaid, Food Stamps and Cash Assistance through Access. We also assist with re-certification of benefits and reporting any changes.
We also can provide any forms necessary for enrollment.

Through Florida KidCare, the state of Florida offers health insurance for children from birth through age 18, even if one or both parents are working. A child must:

Referral Services

We are a community oriented agency and take pride in building the society in which we serve. Due to the current size of our agency, we do not offer some services in office however, with our community partners we do assist with referrals for the following needs:

  • Resume Support
  • College/Career Support
  • Computer Literacy Classes
  • Rent/Utility Assistance Resources
  • Ensuring your paper work is turned in timely makes a difference between receiving benefits and avoiding delays.
  • Knowing your password and login information can help specialists assist you faster and possibly avoid calling the help desk.
  • Be certain that all your paper work is filled out and signed to avoid delays in processing your information.
  • Be prepared to wait. Sometimes a call to the help desk is necessary.
